Webconferences will take place on EACH Enterprise's online learning and group discussion platform hosted by omNovia.

Firms that take advantage of this option may send two attendees to the inaugural series of this webconference series.

Client Service Model Research Initiative

This initiative will outline a futuristic vision for the strategic account management function for the retirement plan industry based on their experience.  This will reflect on the experience of firms that have already implemented a distributed client management workforce in other industries.  Recommendations will expand on the outline developed during the strategy session at the Roundtable.  Sponsoring firms will receive a recorded one hour web conference presentation/discussion of the futuristic vision and study results with research principals, and a presentation slide deck documenting the vision established for the business.  The research will be conducted by Spring International (www.springitl.com), with input and feedback from EACH Enterprise and participating firms.
