Current Context

Dynamics of the Retirement Plans business are in upheaval at the dawn of the 2020s. Price compressions are leading toward increased collaboration of DCIO and Retirement Plan Sales Desks. Historically focused on tracking large flows, DCIO internal sales desks are now under pressure to show a Return on Investment on their firm’s spend to support product placement by strategic partners. Retirement Plan Service provider internal sales desk historically focused on advisor / consultant support, external wholesaler support, and territory analysis now work more closely with product providers to optimize the effectiveness of their firm’s marketing machine. Across the industry, artificial intelligence, robotics, and automated assistants help streamline the distribution process, automate tasks with low ROI, and focus precious time on high-value functions

Join us for a robust dialogue on the emerging retirement and investment distribution model of the 2020s with the ulimtate goal of enhancing industry effectiveness. 

Meeting Objective

Forum for internal sales desk managers of retirement plan service firms and DCIO firms to address shared issues, major challenges and opportunities for enhancement, emerging industry trends and other topics of interest to attendees. Informal discussions are organized around topics suggested in the registration process. Breakout sessions by function and by business segment.
At the 2019 Annual Meeting, the DCIO and Retirement Plan Internal Sales Desk Roundtables will meet jointly and discuss two initiatives to energize internal sales consultants in the retirement and investment industry:
       1. Five-Star report to recognize best performers
       2. Initiative to identify drivers of personal success

Audience

Attendance is by invitation only. The invitation is extended to heads of sales desk leaders of retirement plan service providers and DCIO firms across markets and distribution channels

Cancellation policy:

EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund your entire meeting fee if you cancel on or before June 30, 2019.  For cancellations between July1, 2019 and August 15, 2019, EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund your registration fee minus an administration fee of $175.  No refunds for cancellations after August 15, 2019.  In the unlikely event that the number of registered attendees falls short of expectations, EACH Enterprise, LLC will refund the entire registration fee.
