EACH ENTERPRISE ORGANIZES SPECIAL SERIES OF INTERACTIVE WEBCONFERENCES TO MAKE PLAN COMMITTEE MEETINGS TRULY WORK AHEAD OF Q3 2015 PLAN REVIEWS

East Granby, CT - September 8, 2015 - Today, EACH Enterprise announces a special series of interactive webconferences to help retirement plan service providers, investment managers, and advisory firms prepare for Q3 2015 plan review meetings, and to make plan committee meetings truly work.

steven-rogelbergRetirement plan professionals who often present at committee meetings find themselves unable to show benefits for the time they spend preparing for meetings of some of their plan committees. Frustrated with the slow motion of the retirement readiness needle, they seek meeting strategies to enhance committee responsiveness to their suggestions.  The concern is particularly heightened for the upcoming Q3 2015 review meetings that follow a period of market turbulence.  EACH Enterprise decided to offer this special series to respond to the need expressed by client relationship managers and plan advisors.

This initiative, led by Professor Steven Rogelberg of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, is directed to individuals who frequently lead plan committee meetings, present at committee meetings, or interact with plan committees.  Poorly run meetings take a negative toll on client engagement.  The initiative combines a survey of attendees who habitually conduct plan committee meetings with a series of interactive webconferences where Professor Rogelberg addresses the most vexing problems identified in the survey.

This initiative is based on Dr. Rogelberg's research on meetings, which has been profiled in some of the world’s top media outlets, including the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, and National Public Radio. This evidence-based approach sets the stage for a highly interactive discussion of a strategic approach to running meetings.

EACH Enterprise was planning to offer a second edition of this successful series of interactive webconferences in November 2015 to help retirement plan professionals enhance the value of committee meetings.  The market turbulence of August 2015 increased the urgency.  EACH Enterprise scheduled a special series to take place before the start of Q3 2015 review meetings.
