Eric has more than 25 years experience in retirement plans, financial wellness, and HCM/payroll, working with Advisors, National Retirement Practice Leaders, Service Providers, Investment Managers, and HCM/Payroll platforms. His priority is to deliver win-win strategies that create value for the retirement plans, benefits, and HCM/payroll business. He splits his time between his home in East Granby, CT and his chalet in Nancy-sur-Cluses, Haute-Savoie, France. Eric speaks English, French, German, and Haitian Creole. When he is not working hard to advance the sector, he is playing hard hiking, gardening or raising quail.
