Mary Kay Leydon has over 25 years of communication, marketing and sales experience in the employee benefits, retirement, and financial technology industries. Prior to joining EACH as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Mary Kay was the founder and principal of MCL Consulting, a strategic marketing, and communications practice. Mary Kay has served as an editorial contributor to Plan Sponsor and 401K Specialist magazines. She has been nominated several times as one of the Plan Sponsor Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People and is a frequent speaker and numerous industry conferences and events. She is versed in sales and team -selling having participated frequently in those efforts.
Mary Kay is an ardent supporter of animals and animal rights, serving as the founder and board member of Help the Animals, a small no-kill animal shelter. She also volunteered at the Elmwood Park Zoo in Norristown, PA. Married, with an adult step-son and step-daughter, Mary Kay now lives on the Narragansett Bay In Rhode Island with her husband and three dogs, Decker, Paddy, and Kona, a Bulloxer, Irish Wolfhound and Newfoundland respectively.
