As Director of Finance & Operations at EACH Enterprise LLC (parent company of the Retirement Advisor Council), Hugh oversees the organization's full financial infrastructure while leading complex survey data operations that deliver insights to plan sponsors, recordkeepers, and retirement advisors nationwide.

Prior to EACH, Hugh served as Associate Director of the Financial Controls Team at MassMutual Financial Group, where his process improvements saved the organization millions of dollars year over year. His career also spans quality assurance work for major brands including DirecTV, Citi Financial, and GE Brokerage, as well as deep expertise in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and brokerage accounting.

Hugh is a man of faith and a servant leader in every sense — volunteering at food shelters and serving monthly at the Dream Center in Pensacola, FL, where he cuts hair for the homeless.
