The Roundtable is a virtual and actual forum for members to have conversations, exchange views and collaborate on strategies designed to nurture, enrich and sustain the relationships that are in fact, the American retirement system. This complex and self-supporting ecosytem reflects the health and wellness of the relationships between Retirement Plan Sponsor, Adopter, Advisor/Consultant and Participant.  In 2026, we will hold extensive discussions of AI applications in client service and relationship development.

Membership

Annual membership and engagement in the EACH Roundtable – Client Service gives you and other participating companies meaningful experience influencing relationships between sponsors, participants, advisors, and service providers through:

  • Input in the direction and content of Roundtable activities,

  • 16 one-hour online meetings:

    • 4 Client and Advisor Relationship Management leads,

    • 3 Participant Experience / Strategy leads,

    • 3 Digital User Experience leads,

    • 3 Pooled Arrangements Service leads

  • Spring in-person meeting May 19 and 20, 2026.  2 size bands (Under $300 million and $300 million and over)3 registrations, 4 tracks (Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Participant Experience / Strategy, Pooled Arrangements),

  • Fall in-person meeting October 6/7, 2026,  2 size bands (Under $300 million and $300 million and over), 3 registrations,  4 tracks (Client Relationship management, Account Management, and Participant Experience / Strategy, Pooled Arrangements),

  • Networking event dinner,

  • Other activities as budget allows and membership needs evolve.
